Our Anger Management courses are totally confidential, we have over 20 years experience working with all age groups to better understand themselves in turn helping them to control their anger.

Anger is one of the least understood of our emotions in fact most people when asked what anger is they will reply "it is when someone scream or shout at you or try's to hit you" these are just actions that can come with anger.

Anger is the same as being depressed, having anxiety, being sad or happy. It is an emotion just the same as every other emotion, all emotions can be controlled if you really what to control them, first you need to understand them or you, as you are your emotions
